Is linux port supported on STM32L152 Discovery board?

What do you mean by "linux port"? Do you want to run Linux on the STM32? Or do you want to run development tools such as CubeIDE on Linux?

You can't run Linux effectively on an STM32 MCU. It has far too little power.
