unfortunately, we only provide board design projects in Altium format (and in PDF/Gerber/ODB++ for schematics or manufacturing files)

You need to find a way to import this format in your EDA or start from scratch.
Nevertheless, you could generate ORCAD PCB/Schematics libraries for some ST individual components like STPMIC1 and STM32MP157F using the following links:
