And I can't find the description and API of the modules and Libraries. I need the FLASH drivers and LOG module.

Please have a look at the user manual UM2442: Description of STM32WB HAL and low-layer drivers.

You can find it on the web. It's a huge and complete document of almost 2300 pages!!!
