STWLC99 cannot connect to GUI

I found the GUI software and also repaired the ft260 and installed VCRedist 10.0.40219.325, but I still can't connect, after the repair is done, the software in STWLC99 seems to have been wiped out, and I can't do the normal wireless charging.
