[STM32WLE5CCU6] How to test ARIB STD-T108 Carrie Sense project?

I use ST STM32WLE5CCU6 to design a Lorawan module, which is now undergoing Japanese safety certification.

I have a issue with the Carrier Sense test project, I refer to the following document, but I still don't know how to do it.

What command should I execute to complete this test?
