STM32WLE5 STOP2 - Very High Current Consumption

I have a board with an STM32WLE5CC and am attempting to use STOP2 mode, but instead of the expected 4-6uA I am seeing 1mA consumption.

All peripherals except FLASH, HSEM, and the RTC are disabled in the RCC block. All Unused GPIO are set to Analogue. Debug is disabled for all low power modes.

I've checked that the consumption is not down to other components on the board.

I've no idea what else I can change.

on which example from CubeWL do you measure this current?

As a Start, I would suggest you to start with PWR_STOP2_RTC example

THen, you can try this LoRaWAN_End_Node

What current do you measure with these examples?
