STM32WL55CCU6, power drop requires reprogramming

Good day,

We have a battery-operated device using the STM32WL55.

The battery voltage is regulated to 3.6V as supply to the STM32.

We have found when the battery runs flat, the STM32WL5 would often need to be reprogrammed.

This doesn't happen when we plug the battery out. The below is the 3v6 power rail when I turn the input down to 1.4V. Our MCU brown-out is set to default. Any suggestions of what might be happenign or what we need to look at?

Regards

Douglas

Hello @TitanD

In case of power issues, we may can expect something Strange. personally, I'm not able to reproduce it. It may be due also to the errata 2.2.5 of the ES0506.

To ensure that your system is working well. you can follow the battery and ensure that you never have an issue on the power of your system.

Best Regards.
