Hello STM32-Team,
do i have to use the MLPF-WB55-02E3 or MLPF-WB55-01E3 matching network for UFBGA129. In the Appnote AN5165 (Table 6) the matching network MLPF-WB55-01E3 matching network is recommended, but in the Datasheet of the MLPF-WB55-01E3 its only for the STM32WB55Cx/Rx. In the MLPF-WB55-02E3 datasheet its for the STM32WB55Vx and the UFBGA129 would be the STM32WB55Vx.
So im a bit confused whats the right choice for the UFBGA129.

MLPF-WB55-01E3 must be used for ALL the QFNxx packages for all the STM32WBxx family.
MLPF-WB55-02E3 must be used for ALL the WLCPxx and BGAxx packages for all the STM32WBxx family.

Note that MLPF-WB55-02E3 is a bumpless version.
we now recommend to use the bump version: MPLF-WB55-02D3.
The bump version is less sensitive to board layout and offers a better rejection of harmonics.
MPLF-WB55-02D3 has also been designed for WLCSP et BGA packages and is now in production.
Due to the bumpless characteristic, the MLPF-WB55-02E3 IPD may be more sensitive to the board characteristics.

Thanks for the reply so it's wrong in the AN5165.
Is it MLPF-WB55-02D3 or MPLF-WB55-02D3?
Do you know when the bump version will be aviable? At the moment i can't find anything for the PN MLPF-WB55-02D3 or MPLF-WB55-02D3.

It is MLPF-WB55-02D3. MLPF stands for Matched Low Pass Filter.
I have a preliminary version of the data brief of this IPD.
I need to check whether I can post it on this forum.
I will look for the PN.
