STM32WB55CGU6 full erase

I accidently put the FUS and BLE firmware in the wrong starting address. The chip has 1M flash. When I loaded the firmware, I was following the 512K flash memory location. Now I cannot perform full memory erase as some areas (from index 243 - 245, total of 255) are locked. Is there a way to erase these areas?

I am tried to load the FUS firmware without erase the flash memory. It keeps showing me "The file FUS_Operator.bin does not exist, please check the file's path". What is this file, I could not find this binary file anywhere. And the messages are looping while it says "file upload completed". Anyone could help me out?
