On AN5406, page 24/72 on table 38,the two last functions (void UTIL_SEQ_SetEvt( UTIL_SEQ_bm_t EvtId_bm );) they seem to be equal to one each other. Is this an error, or how do they work differently?

The first of the two duplicates should almost certainly be UTIL_SEQ_WaitEvt based on the description.
