Low power modes in STM32WB55 board

I am still studying about Low Power mode,

according to low power run mode I tried to set V core is in range 2 and set MSI clock in 2MHz in STMWB55. please tell me how to do it?

What do you mean about "set V core" ?

for the setup of the clock frequency you can use the STM32CubeMX graphical interface:
