I am looking for some data about jitter and phase noise for different clock sources including MSI, HSI16, and HSE32 in STM32WLE5/E4xx MCUs. I checked the datasheet and we have a reported jitter number only for MSI clock. How I can get such a data? Thanks

Guessing:

The crystal-based clocks will be relatively low, probably ~ -150dBc or better. The RC oscillators are very noisy. An external TCXO, like probably used on HSE32, will depend on the TCXO choice but likely will be ~ -150dBc or better, being a crystal oscillator.
