how to use STM32WB55RG USB as HID device

Miooo

Hi,

I got a NUCLEO-WB55RG board and was trying to program it as a HID device. I have configured the STM32CubeIDE and have uploaded the code to the board. Yet, when I tried connecting the User USB, it unfortunately didn't work. My computer did not recognize it as an HID device. I have switched to USB MCU on JP1.

Welcome to the forum.

You need to give some more details for people to understand what you've got, what you've done, and what problems you have with it all - see: How to write your question to maximize your chances to find a solution

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Hello @Miooo and welcome to ST community
First, to verify that your STM32 is OK
can you try to run this firmware example it should make your STM32 behave as a mouse

Hope that helps you solve your issue

Keep it powered through the st-link connector and try again. So you will have 2 cables connected. If it doesn't work, debug the code and see where it's at.
