How to send data by STM32WB BLE Server?

In the STM32WB Workshop video I can understand how to send data and control the LED but how to read data is not explained.

I want to read data from STM32WB BLE. Can you someone help me in regards to this?

I am able to read the data of the descriptor of Notification.
