I don't know what stm32wb is, so I'm not sure if I had a similar problem, when I wanted to connect my Nucleo-board via ethernet directly to my laptop, but the nucleo's ethernet was setup to use DHCP.

I had to use another software tool to make my laptop the DHCP server.

Just found it, I used "dhcpsrv2.5.2", some freeware from ... somewhere. I had to play a little with that, but then I got it running.

No guarentees though...
