Bluetooth Low Energy does notadvertising

Hi, 

I tried to setup BLE, I do not know how I managed first time to success - but I can't do it anymore :D

Once it was working and even tried to send characters, but now I cant setup it anymore.

It seems like I did exactly like in examples, but it doesnt even appear in ST BLE Toolbox app,

will appreciate any kind of help !
