Can I implement the GUI on STM32F423ZhT6 board by using TouchGFX. If yes means can you guide me?

All STM32F4 MCUs include support for TouchGFX:

There is no specific tutorial for this MCU, but you can understand how to use the TouchGFX on an STM32 MCU following the Introduction | TouchGFX Documentation academy. Also, on Youtube, we have some tutorial that should guide you.
