make stm32h7s7l8-dk demo project using mingw64 and gcc tool chain >11

Hello,

I am using basic demo project of stm32h7s7-DK demo project

trying to compile and generate binary using below mingw64 make version

Latest arm-none-eabi-gcc

it is getting stuck in the below place

kindly help me how to resolve this issue using make file,

1.what is the basic environment need to compile using makefile for stm32 products
