Can i use IAR or MDK IDE programming the protection option byte (RDP) to Level 0?

In my stm32f405 level 1 is active.I can't updata mcu flash.I need change

RDP to level 0 to reprogram.

Anyone can help me?

If you have access to a serial port (USART1 or USART3) and the BOOT0 pin you could consider using the System Loader, and the Flash Loader Demonstrator.
