What is the difference between a STM32l071K series vs STM32l)72K series

Actually we are working on the communication between a LoRa module(sx1272) and an STM32l071kxx microcontroller through an spi interface. We got some source code for STM32l072Kxx series so we need to know the actual difference between these two will help us out ......

Main differences are missing USB, TSC, DAC and RNG on L071.
