What could cause big difference in DAC output between channel 1 and 2?

I'm using a Nucleo L476RG board, and configured the DAC output channels 1 and 2 using Cube IDE (normal mode, output buffer enabled, factory trimming). I measured VDD to be 3.378 V with a DMM.

Both DAC channel outputs saturate with no load connected before commanding 4095 counts, but channel 1 (PA_4) saturates at 3.342 V, while channel 2 (PA_5) saturates at 3.174 V. So channel 2 does appear to be slightly out of spec (more than 200 mV below Vdd). But why such a big discrepancy between the two channels?

I also tried disabling the output buffer and measuring with a DMM, and Channel 1 saturates at 3.371 V, while 2 saturates at 1.895 V! Strangely enough, if I connected a known load in this config (2.7K + 237 ohm resistance), both behave as expected based on the datasheet, measuring 0.676V at 4095 counts:

R_o (output impedance) = 11.7K typical

V_expected = (2.7 + 0.237)/(11.7 + 2.7 + .237) * 3.378 = 0.678V
