Hi
My stm32l433cc circuit has two different LDO, one for Vdd and another for Vdda. Can you tell
me please can i run my controller without Vdda power? I need to turn on/off analog power
when i need it. Is it possible on stm32l433cc?

What does the datasheet say, in the General operating conditions table, for VDDA?

PS. There are requirements for ramp-up/ramp-down when VDD and VDDA are separate. Also, lower VDDA will impact the 5V-tolerance of pins connected to analog peripherals, see VINmax for IO pins. There may be other similar effects; read the datasheet.

Stm32f030 datasheet says Vdda "Must have a potential equal to or higher than VDD", but i got none the same about stm32l433.
So, i can use two separate LDOs?

Look at other block diagrams, typically the PLL and reset stuff is in the analogue domain.

Datasheet says "Reset block, Temp. sensor, PLL, HSI, MSI, HSI48" is Vdd Domain

The STM32L433 Datasheet says this, take it for what it's worth..
"The VDDA voltage level is independent from the VDD voltage."
