It's possible. I spent some time looking for a decent dark theme and as always with all things eclipse, came away disappointed. I wonder if something I tried managed to resurrect itself? It starts up wanting to turn on this unbearable high contrast dark mode and so long as I don't restart it it honors the original theme and that is managing to work OK for now.
