Unlocking the Stm32f103C8t6 discovery Board

Hey!

I am trying to unlock the Stm32f103C8t6 board using the Flash Load Demostrator , but i end up with this problem

''No response from the target, the Boot Loader can not be started. Please verify the boot mode configuration and the flash problem status, Reset your device and try again''.Any Help is much appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

 (page 10) : ''No response from the targetâ€�: this message is shown when there is no response from the target. It indicates that the System memory boot  loader is not functional. Verify the boot configuration and check that the used microcontroller contains the boot loader code.''Regards
