As mentionned in the warning for LWIP, it will be active only if the ETH IP and FREERTOS with MBEDTLS are enabled.

Also for STM32H7, CORTEX_M7 CPU DCache parameter must be enabled.

Please try this configuration, then let me know if it is OK.
