trying to use virtual port, Device manager doesnt seem to recognized my stm32f407vg discovery board

hello,

i need to open a serial port for printf perpouses (it cant be in the debug viewer), i believe i have installed all required drivers, but my board is not recognized in Device Manager->Ports (it does recognize it in Device Manager->Universal Serial Bus devices->STMicroelectronics STLink dongle)

im using keil uvision5.24.1

i have installed VCP 1.4.0 for 64bit system.

what could be done to fix this?
