the throughput of the FSMC in STM32F4XX

In my project we want use STM32F4xx, we wonder to know the throughput(max access speed) of the FSMC in STM32F4XX with the condition of the max working frequency(168MHz) of the CORE.

From the data sheet :''Maximum FSMC_CLK frequency for synchronous accesses is 60 MHz.'' The speed will be further impacted by the settings/cycles for the bus
