STM32U5G9ZJT6Q Footprint Confirmation

Hi Team,

I'm recently using the STM32U5G9ZJT6Q part in one of my design. I couldn't find the package mechanical information in Datasheet. For now, I'm using the LQFP-144 form the STM32H573ZIT3Q part number. Will it be okay? Can you please help to verify it?

LQFP144 is missing from the datasheet, but it will be physically identical to any other STM32 LQFP144 mechanical dimensions. Using the H5 sheet for those is fine.
