STM32H735IGK6 SRAM and Flash Speed

Hello,

i am wondering why i can't find any information how fast the different SRAMs are.
For Flash you have to configure waitstates, to setup the speed according to the CLK, but not for SRAM.

I guess, because there is a dCache installed, the SRAM does not support full speed access or single cycle access.

So the question is, how fast is the SRAM?
