STM32H5 VDDIO2

Hi,

I survey an MCU that IO can be operated in 1.08V to 3.6V.

The STM32H563xx could reach my request.

But the DS shows the only 10 IOs can be operated in 1.08V to 3.6V.

Does STM32H563xx have any setting to extend low power IOs?

Or other MCU part number can support more low power IOs(1.08V to 3.6V) ?

Hi,

maybe you look at the xxUxx series, here from ds STM32U575ZI :

VDDIO from 1.08 ...3.6 V  & 114 I/O pins .

Hi,

I have checked STM32U5XX series, VDDIO2 supports 14 I/O pins.

But 14 I/O pins not meet my request.

There are 3 interfaces (I2C, SPI and Quad-SPI) operated in power range 1.08 ...3.6 V in my project.

If it has the I3C function, that is much better.

Beside STM32U5XX, any mcu series support I/O power range 1.08 ...3.6 V?

Hi,

Read, what I showed you: vddio , not only vddio2 can be 1.08V !

So all I/O pins.... different to H series.
