I broke the USB connector on my disco board so can't flash it. Does anyone have experience using an external ST-Link debugger via the CN8 connector?

CN8 is going to be entirely useless, it is there to program the STM32F103 of the ST-LINK
Where you need to get connectivity is the target side of SB14, SB15, SB16 and SB17, and removing the 0-ohm resistors.
