stm32f465vit PA14 swclk pin always reset state.

Dear sir, madam

i use my new stm32f465vit with my custom Board swclk pin always reset state.

PA14 swclk pin always reset state 0v, after i connect 10k resistor swclk and PA13 swdio pin to 3.3v. make it pullup also same PA14 is 0v (VCC)

so, I can’t connect with ST link. it’s given message target not connect. (already update firmware)

NRST 10k pullup, BOOT0 10K pulldown, (when boot make hihg VDD) VCAP1 2.2uf, VCAP2 2.2uf,

VDD 4x0.1 + 4x0.1uf + 4.7uf

without power also i measure continuity from Ground (VCC) its show PA14, PD13, PA2 and VCC pin short ground. After remove mcu check PA14, PD13, PA2 its normal not Ground.

Please help me to save problem already I change 4 MCU buy from the same vendor.

Check with my other custom board also.

Hello,

First there is no stm32f465vit partnumber in ST MCUs portfolio and you tagged the post to STM32F7 product. Please clarify this point.

Second, did you refer to the hardware getting started application note of the related product?
