STM32F429I-DISCO compatible with STM32F4DIS-BB Ethernet?

Hello,

Can anyone tell me whether the STM32F429I-Disco board is compatible with the STM32F4DIS-BB's Ethernet?  In short, I want Ethernet on the '429 Discovery board.Thank you,-david #discovery-stm32f429

The boards are clearly incompatible at the level you're looking for, you'd be better off wire-wrapping a PHY+Magnetics board if the pins themselves are escapable. WaveShare? or patching against the BB

I've done a bunch of due-diligence on the 429I-DISCO, although not for Ethernet, the board is a messy list of compromises, do yourself a favour and go fishing for something using the 176-pin implementation. I think I have a set of MicroXplorer files for 429I-DISCO if that's remotely helpful, but if your key drivers are the LCD+SDRAM other options are going to be conflicted by those.
