STM32F4 Discovery and MPEG4 decoding

Is it possible to decode a mpeg4 file in stm32f407 .at least 15 fps & 320x240 pixels.till now  i can decode jpeg pics quite fast . 

if its possible is there any open source library to do this?i have looked at ffmpeg but  didn't found any  information on RAM and ROM  requirements?i found some videos on youtube that played mjpeg movie files but i want mpeg4. #ram #stm32f4 #mpeg4

I suspect you don't have the computation horse-power to do this, nor a desire to pay for or license a solution? Does a basic search suggestion any commercial solutions for this platform, or M4 cores in general?
