Hello! I have bought STM32f3discovery kit from online shop. Is this kit original or fake?

The ST logo on the part is 180 degree rotated.

Maybe looking at pictures of the board inside the user manual will tell.

Do you have some specific issue with the board? You seem to be nit-picking some solder stencil and BOM changes from the Rev B to Rev D board, with some ICs out of the MYS fab/encapsulation site. The ST-LINK VCP seems to have connectivity.

Perhaps it is a WaveShare fabbed board
