Ok, I see what you're talking about the KOR parts have ST logo NORTH/TOP of pin 1, where as MYS has them on the SOUTH side with the ARM logo. On the CHN F103 part on mine the ST logo is SOUTH/BOTTOM

The Manual specifically calls out SB13/SB15 as being ON by default in the Rev C and beyond boards.

I just want to know that the seller was honest with me and i received a good quality kit with no any problems in future use it! I have bought this kit not from st.com that's why i asked such questions!

The board looks to be consistent with other pictures I can pull for the RevD board, I only have a RevB with me.

It looks too well executed to be a fake, most do it poorly, and use cheaper components or simplify the design.
