stm32f103vet6 no osc no cap Swd download ok

 no osc no resist no osc but it run and download with swd light led pb12 ,but when fixed pin anybody know

Welcome in STCommunity !  and glad to see it is working and so robust - However at real application you should follow minimum Hardware and passive components as this Application Note
