Posted on September 12, 2011 at 16:39There have to be a dozen examples posted to the STM32 forums here. Posting yet another example is not going to help you if you have a hardware issue, pin assignment problems, or simply not setting things up properly.
Suggest you post the code you are attempting to use. Provide details of your tool chain, and test board.
Look at the extensive samples provided by Keil and IAR installs, as part of the ST Firmware Library, and review the STM32 manuals. Using three USARTs on the STM32 is quite possible.
