STM32F101x4 IAR version

Hello, Can anyone notify me if the IAR EWARM-KS-WEB-5301.EXE is suitable for the low density micro STM32F101x4? I was using the IAR version that comes with development board STM32-SK, and the program was halting during download. Im suspecting that this IAR version is not suitable for STM32 low density micros. Yes the new version 5.30 is suitable with the low denstity devices:

This is is the same one I downloaded. Can anyone help me how to set it to work on STM32F101C4. I'm sending the error message I'm obtaining in a doc file. Thanks Johann

just select ''ST STM32F10xx4'' as device name in options->target->Device

and check that the flash loader is set to default.
