Hi, is the STM32F0 and L0 free license for MDK-ARM suitable for commercial development?

Hello,

Yes there is no limitation in the licence. MDK for STM32F0 and STM32L0 provides software developers working with STM32 devices with a free-to-use professional tool suite.
