Hi,

anyone know when the STM32F769 (inc STM32F769I-DISCO & STM32F769I-EVAL boards) will be supported in CubeMX ?

When the part is available in mass production? Currently available to customers with NDA in place, so talk to your FAE

I was under the it was already in (mass?) production

a lot of distributers have stock & I've just just ordered a STM32F769I-DISCO from Element14 & was hoping to be able to trial it using CubeMX,..

Well May has been talked about for a while, but we are practically in June. I'm expecting release of software and documentation to be imminent.

You should be able to get to at least 90% functionality with the tools currently available.
