Hi,

is the Datasheet of the STM32F769xx uncomplete? Where can i find the chapter of the electrical characteristics? Thanks

This document is a data brief. STM32F769xx device is not yet generated. Once the device is on the market, The datasheet will be published on the web -Hannibal-

Because customers with specific access, have engineering samples and preliminary documentation?

Those using Digikey, Mouser, etc, probably not so much.
