STM Studio Failure opening connection with target error

Hi,

i'm using Keil and i'm trying to see my variables on STM Studio. I installed it today. But it doesn't work.

A few days ago i replaced my D1 with D2. Because i broke down my D1. Is this can be the reason of the problem?
