Hi,

We are currently working on a STM32F429-EVAL board and our application works fine. We are about to make our own hardware and we want to include the same functionalities as the Eval board, including the ST-Link.

We know that the ST-Link interface is realized via a STM32F103 chip : is there a way to get the firmware of it ? Is this possible to order them loaded with the right firmware ?

No, he's asking for the ST-LINK firmware, which is a Google search away.

For licensing, you'd want to be talking directly to your ST contacts, not on a user forum.

Yes I know.

If ST did not bother to answer then I did ;) (disclaimer: I am not related to Segger in any way, just engineer considering any choice available)

The blackmagic debug probe is also a possibility.

You can use it for your own device and you can reflash a STLink to work as blackmagic probe.
