Hi

I try find datasheet SDRAM on this board but I can't find it.

I want Row Address Input and Column Address Input .

please help me.

MT48LC2M32B2 is 2 Meg x 32 (512K x 32 x 4 banks)

but my board is 8 M x 32-bit SDRAM (page 6 from DM00093454.pdf)

where is different?

This is an 8MByte part, externally marked as D9GZQ on my early STM324x9I-EVAL

If you have a different part you'll need to express what markings you see on it, as I can't determine this through osmosis.

UM1668 on the schematics states MT48LC4M32B2 which is 1 Meg x 32 x 4 Banks.

What a mess.

It seems that is a typo error in Eval board user Spec (DM00093454.pdf), the correct information should be 8Mbytes SDRAM, 2Meg x 32-Bits.

Follow the schematics in UM1668.

Tables 25 and 26 (the layout of memory connectors CN11 and CN12) may help too.

(IS42S32800G =8M x 32bit=2Meg฀ x฀ 32฀ bit฀ x฀ 4฀Banks)

but page 45 on DM00093454.pdf is for MT48LC4M32B2B5-7.

now what can we do?
