Hello,
ADC_CR_ADCALLIN is described as "rw" . The procedure given in RM0456: 33.4.8 Extended calibration mode does not explicit recommend to reset ADC_CR_ADCALLIN after the procedure. I think it is helpfull to add in RM0456.

Hi @Uwe Bonnes ,
I got this internal feedback:
"One could clear the bit, but only if one wants to switch off the linearity calibration for another calibration. In typical use, there would be only need to calibrate once. When the calibration is lost, for example in reset, the bit is also reset. Leaving the bit set is probably closer to typical usage. There's usually no point in clearing it by SW."
Hope it does answer your question
