Possibly Spen or his colleagues are out for a few days. It's a manual process.

I requested an anglia Idealist IDE/ARM toolchain license from the following two emails:

mailto:license@anglia.com

and

mailto:stm32support@anglia.com

. and got no reply in either case. My understanding was that it is free and that we just had to request a license.....Is this true? Or am I missing something?

Hmm... I wouldn't want to rely upon a tool where the entire support time could be unavailable for days... :o
