Posted on April 14, 2016 at 17:16I have attached a zip file that contains images of my experience of a recent discussion in this support forum. You will note that the legibility of all the text is deplorable, almost impossible in some regards. The text entry dialog is horrendous at best.
If the support system were substantially better, the product use and thus sales of STMicorelectronics products would increase dramatically.
