There is a section called ''Pinouts and pin description'', which lists all possible functions of the pins and their characteristics.
In this section, you find a ''pin definitions'' table, including one column ''function after reset''.
In contrast, the reset values of there peripherals are found in the Reference Manual (that document with 1000+ pages).
