LM358N - Needs help from STM to confirm the difference. Thank you!

We bought LM358N from distributor but found some of them have different looking. i.e. on the left cornor, some of them has a hole but some of them don't  have .

Both of them are manufactured in China original. We found the pictures as follows from website to show the difference. 1) This is for the one with half hole on left middle side.

2) This is for the one with half hole on left middle side and a whole hole on left corner side.

We saw the version 1) on same product with Philippine original. But we really appreciate somebody at STM can give us firm confirmation for this difference and also confirm if this difference will  cause any function for our final products. Thank you! #l
